Had DX home improvements out for a quote. All went well no hard sell just straight forward. Very happy with the quote. Went ahead and ordered the work to be carried out. All aspects of the work and communication was very professional but friendly felt good dealing with everyone I had contact with. Windows are first class quality and more than pleased with the job the guys done with the fitting. So I would not hesitate in recommending DX home improvements to anyone. I had a few quotes to get new doors and windows. The sales person that came from DX to provide the quote was down to earth and genuine which was one of the reasons I went with them. The other was that the quote was affordable. Communication was also really good, I was kept informed about the install date; everyone was polite and professional. The fitting team were also very good, they worked very hard to get it all done and tidied up thoroughly. I’ve gone over all the work afterward and couldn’t find any issues. I’ll be using DX to do all my a upstairs windows next year. As a business, they have my trust in their products and services.

Received several quotes for replacement windows and doors.Decided on DX as they were very professional and listened to my specific specifications and was given a quote without any hard sell. David,Shaun ensured that everything went smoothly from ordering to completion .They and the fitters were professional and dealt with a very small scratch issue very efficiently and quickly.(Which was a factory issue.) Also DX never asked for a payment at any time whilst waiting on replacement glass or before I paid my bill in my own time after completion. I would highly recommend them as they are very customer focused. My doors and windows exceed my expectations in specifications and quality ,

After seeing social media posts, I decided to contact DX about replacing windows and a door. A representative came to visit the same day and provided a price that was very competitive. The tradesmen arrived early on the planned installation date and they were very quick and tidy, with minimal disruption. Work was carried out to a high standard and all the waste was removed. I’m very happy with the work and will be asking DX to come back to replace patio doors and some of the rear windows in a couple of months time.

Faultless service from start to finish. Kept us in loop over delays and changes. but kept to timescale. Work on both days was perfect. The fitting team were gold standard. One minor issue, but being resolved and not fitters or company's fault.

Windows fitted on scheduled day, all 5 windows fitted on the same day. Windows exactly as expected and the same as sample shown to us by the sales person. In dealing with company they clearly are customer and service focussed, they also delivered is much faster timeframe than the other companies I looked at. All in all very pleased with the end result.

Found this company on Instagram and read reviews on trust pilot. Got them out for a quote and was happy with the quote. Found them to be professional and no hard sell. Gave me the date for installation and were there sharp on the day of Installation. I'm not a window expert but the quality of workmanship was excellent. We had all our windows and doors replaced by DX Home Improvements. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with our new windows and doors. David came out initially to give us a quote and he was very professional and not pushy at all. He gave us all the information we needed and provided a quote which we was very fair and he left us with it to think about it. Once agreed the surveyor was sent out and he went over each single window design with us and advised us of available options and design ideas. The fitters were behind schedule when they started due to a factory issue but the team worked so hard and got back on track. They didn't stop all day and worked late to make sure it was finished on time and they cleaned up as they went. There were a few snags that needed dealt with (these were factory issues not fitting issues) and these were dealt with by Shaun in a prompt manner. Shaun did a great job at getting everything resolved until we were 100% happy, keeping us well informed along the way. They also didnt issue an invoice until everything had been resolved and we were fully happy. Honestly guys it's great to work with an honest and reliable company for a change. Trustworthy and professional company that I would definitely recommend and would use them again if needed. Already recommended them to a friend!

We had quotes from 5 different companies before deciding DX was the company for us. It was a very large job due to the size of the house. I have had many people stop to admire the windows on their way past and a neighbour has already got DX out for a quote for her windows. We did have problems along the way but as it was a 3 story house we did expect this. The company dealt with this very professionally and quickly, nothing was a bother to them. I would certainly recommend DX and would have them back to fit a few other windows when we have other building work carried out.

I had all my Windows and new door fitted by DX, excellent service from start to finish, problems with delay on door I ordered due to factory issues outwith DX control but they gave me a temporary door which was lovely while I waited for my own one.Fitters were fantastic really fast and very tidy whole job done in 1 day, would definately use DX again and I would not hestitate in recommending them.😁

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Left my details with them online and got a phone call later that day to arrange someone to come to my house and give me a price for windows and doors. Darren came out and measured my windows and spoke about my options for styles and finishes. Within 20 minutes we had everything done and i had a price i was happy with. 2 days later the surveyor came out to take all measurments for the windows and doors to get made. I got a phone call a couple weeks later with an instalation date. The guys done a brilliant job with my windows and doors, they were finished in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Would 100% recommend DX home improvements.
