I payed for both services the automatic booking and the one where it shows cancellations. A test was never booked and I waited months. I am so disappointed!

I had my test booked for the 30th July and had been told by my instructor that she was confident in me moving it forward and was recommended this app it did take a while for me to be able tonuse it as they wouldn't allow new members until they had dealt with the backlog but I managed to login and paid for premium with autobook enabled on the dates I had chosen it took a while and I had lost hope and was had came to terms I wasn't having my test any earlier until I have recieved an email that my test had been rebooked 2 weeks earlier I knkw it's not much of a difference but it means the app does work you just have to be patient and hope someone cancels and you can get there time/date i would definitely recommend this app

Scam! Donβt use, had it for a month and there was test there but they didnβt change it donβt use this company tried numerous time to contact them and no reply back waste of 14.99

Brilliant app
Brilliant app, purchased on behalf if my grandson. I was able to select auto booking for selected dates and omit dates that weren't suitable. A cancellation was found and booked within 2 weeks of activating app. Happy to report grandson passed his test!

Great app if you're lucky, not so great for everyone else. 4 months of use and still waiting...
The app itself is great in theory, depending on which test centres you're looking at. The ability to auto-book is really useful, and the app is overall very easy to use. However, in my own experience of searching test centres in London, I haven't been notified of a single cancellation in over 4 months of using the app. I did contact customer support this week to check that my account is in fact working properly, and they replied in good time to confirm that it is, so I'm grateful for the good communication. My problem with these cancellation services though, is that they're making a promise that's impossible to keep. It's clear that Driving Test Cancellations Now is massively oversubscribed, with so many people competing over the same few cancellation slots and never receiving a single notification. There are many reviews from people living in major cities complaining of the same issue. It's massively unfair that customers are made to pay for the service upfront, only to find out that in practical terms it doesn't work for them (again, depending on the test centre). It's not clear who is being given priority with these cancellation bookings, or even how many other people are using the app to find the same slots as you. It would make more sense to me to pay for the service once it's successfully found you an earlier booking. Finally, I think the 14 day refund policy should be changed. There are many people in my position who have been using the app for months with zero success, and I think they should be entitled to their money back if they're unsatisfied. It's obviously a really tricky situation with the driving test backlog in the UK right now, and DTCN are providing a great service for those who do manage to find cancellations. However, for everybody else who isn't as lucky, I think they should be a little more transparent about the likelihood of actually being able to find an earlier booking.
