I payed for both services the automatic booking and the one where it shows cancellations. A test was never booked and I waited months. I am so disappointed!

You just have to be patient
I had my test booked for the 30th July and had been told by my instructor that she was confident in me moving it forward and was recommended this app it did take a while for me to be able tonuse it as they wouldn't allow new members until they had dealt with the backlog but I managed to login and paid for premium with autobook enabled on the dates I had chosen it took a while and I had lost hope and was had came to terms I wasn't having my test any earlier until I have recieved an email that my test had been rebooked 2 weeks earlier I knkw it's not much of a difference but it means the app does work you just have to be patient and hope someone cancels and you can get there time/date i would definitely recommend this app

Scam! Don’t use, had it for a month and there was test there but they didn’t change it don’t use this company tried numerous time to contact them and no reply back waste of 14.99

Amazing. Went from having no driving test whatsoever to having one next week. After failing my test because of a silly mistake I really didn’t want to wait to do it again or risk my theory expiring

Very Disappointed
So far I have had nothing autobooked since downloading the app a week ago even though I have seen various slots available at my selected test centre. Considering the price of the app I have found this to be very disappointing There is no effective customer service and I haven’t been able to find out how long I expect to wait for a booking to be made. This has been even more frustrating than waiting for a booking. I will be requesting a refund if I haven’t had a booking over the next couple of days. Incredibly disappointed so far- it is almost impossible to book a test at the moment and apps like these are exacerbating the problem EDIT: - I already had a test booked prior to downloading the app but the test is months away - I did message over 72hours ago and heard nothing - My point about apps exacerbating the problem was that everytime I see a slot as it appears on the GOV website it’s booked within seconds- and guessing by the speed probably by bots

Been with them for a few months and I must have had 20 tests shown to me which I allegedly wasn't quick enough to get to, I'm responding within a split second most of the time. When you add autobook they just stop sending you those dates / times. You're better off just doing it yourself honestly. Update - when you leave a negative review they contact you to complain to you about it lol

I have received no dates or times for a test. I asked for refund. And within 14 days of purchase. Not hearing back from them. Stay away and use testi instead. This is expensive and a rubbish Scam
