Great service, excellent advice, rapid delivery to France. I ordered the parts for my Kioritz Echo strimmer, which were initially on back order from Echo UK, in early April. Jon Harrison deserves special mention for expediting my order and advising me to re-direct my order through DiYspareparts.com, who dealt with export and customs paperwork & customs clearance into France (bloody Brexit!). Delivery via Royal Mail and La Poste tracked international service took barely a week; parts arrived this lunchtime (19th April), the parts took less than 5 minutes to fit and the machine has been put to full use this afternoon. Also noteworthy are DiYspareparts' illustrated parts lists which are clear, made it easy to identify the parts I needed and corresponding reference numbers were accurate and easy to use. Excellent all-round service, prompt delivery at a reasonable price.
