The health provider was professional and this was an easy process

Quick, fast, and easy!

The process was quick and efficient. Customer service was excellent and they were able to provide me with the information I needed.

The doctor I was assigned to with Dr. Handicap was very slow at responding. Sometimes they’d ask the same question multiple times and I already had sent them the information before. Their website has a lot of bugs. Eventually, it was approved but I’m still waiting on the decal.

The process was very easy as long as you have your documents needed. I received the necessary form needed for DMV within days.

Surprisingly great! I had put this off for so long because I do not have a primary care doctor. Decided to go this route as the fee was lower than my copay. After submitting all medical records relating to and including recent PT reports I was all squared away within about a weeks time. Wish I had done this a lot earlier as it would have saved me many painful walks through long parking lots.
