ZERO STARS! This is a fraud website. I paid the money and never heard back from the company. I received automated emails after my order but I called and emailed the company at least 5 times and never heard back from them.
Review and approval for Handicap tag was fast. You said on January 23 that I would receive paperwork in 5 to 7 days. It now February 13 and no paperwork. Web link you provided to check order status does not exist.

They delivered as promised. I was assigned a Dr immediately and they explained it takes 7 days for doctor to review records and sign DMV documents. I received the wrong form, but I brought it up to the team’s attention via email and corrected within the hour. As long as you have medical documentation to show nature of the diagnosis they will do their part. Would definitely recommend to others

Easy process entering your information online and uploading medical records and identification. I received my approval once my medical records were reviewed by the doctor. DMV application, completely filled out, and prescription was received via email. I was a little concerned because I didn’t receive the permanent documentation via post office as stated on the website; however, I took the documents to my local DMV and received my permanent placard with no issues.
It took longer than expected, but well worth the wait!
