I was not informed that in texas I did not have to get a new prescription to renew my permanent placard. When I received renewal notice from your company you failed to so advise me and charged me for an unnecessary prescription. I’ve asked for a refund. Very bad business practices.

The process was explained in detail and any personal dealings via phone or email resulted in positive results for which I am very appreciative. I’m a disabled veteran and the VA keeps changing around my physicians. As such, it’s been hard to actually be with one long enough to get them to actually follow through with signing my paperwork for approving the handicap status. Divination really came through for me and was a one stop shop. I paid, uploaded my paperwork, and within a 2 weeks, had my plates. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Divanmed did a fabulous and swift job getting me my permanent handicap decal when Kaiser doctor told me they could only give me the temporary decal. It was not expensive either and they communicated by email often enough for me to know what was going on with the status of the approval in my state. GREAT JOB DIVANMED!!!!!

Very efficient system. Completed on line questionnaire and submitted for review by physician. Contacted and ask to email medical data and upon their review I was qualified.

I had mixed emotions reading the reviews. However, the process was quick and efficient. The key is ensuring you have verifiable, complete and accurate medical records. Leave no room for questions or errors. Follow the instructions, upload the requirements and you should have no issues. The process took 4 days start to finish and my FedEx fo arrived.
