Very easy process and great communication. No hassles, I provided my records and had an answer in a few days, I submitted late on a Friday so I got an answer about 2 business days later.

on July 27 you said it shipped
on July 27 you said it shipped. but today is Aug 10 and your tracker number says it is still in Transit to Next Facility that's been 2 weeks already. hasn't moved a bit.

Simple and fast process
Simple and fast process. My second time using Dr Handicap to have my DMV form filled out. The physician was professional and the form was filled out, sent to me with tracking using usps express mail. The DMV had no questions or problems with the form took less than 5 minutes to get the Handicap placards issued at the DMV. Highly recommend Dr Handicap.
