Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I ordered the decking online after some advice from the really helpful staff on the phone.. the decking arrived within 24 hours and that was to my address 200 miles away.. wow, that’s what I call quick delivery! The decking is great quality and goes down well and looks fantastic..a quality service.. thanks Dino Decking..

Very quick deliver. Boards really nice looking, very pleased with results. A few improvements would be great though - option for a longer bullnose edge - think the current 2.2m is limiting. Also, the Clips are fine when attaching panels in parallel, but for angles, they just can’t grip and don’t really work, and they needed to be cut to fit - a simple additional clip for angles would be really helpful.

I am seriously thinking of using this company but having second thoughts. I will be fitting the fencing between concrete post as they manufacture a post to fit in the channel of the concrete post. I asked them if they could supply me with a sample to see how it fitted in only wanted a couple of inch. They said they don't do samples of the channel post. Come on its not rocket science. So it cost me £46 for a post £30 postage.
