Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Excellent service from all involved from the Order Dept. to the Delivery Man, outside deck done a few months ago and now this is for the glass room.

Can’t fault delivery times arrived within two days , direct from Dino in there own van very helpful driver as there was a lot pieces and heavy items. Will be ordering again and have also used the sample packs for customers to look at , product looks good and hopefully does the test of time

From ordering to delivery couldn't complain. These people made the whole experience easy. We were very impressed with the delivery time, expected to wait but it was delivered within two days. I even phoned to check that the delivery date was correct, and a lovely lady on the phone confirmed - very good. The delivery driver was lovely, went above and beyond what you'd expect. We were very happy. Can't recommend enough.
