Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Decking arrived early and the driver unloaded my himself as I was still travelling to in Scotland when Parcelforce failed to deliver the trim dino decking sorted out for me

Easy to order via the web site and good prices! Arrived on the arranged delivery date with the driver calling in advance to confirm time. Delivery driver very polite and helpfully between us took all the decking etc into my back garden. Great service all around.
