Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Free samples and brochure well presented with quick courier delivery. Fence looks great. Two damaged lengths replaced promptly. Courteous and friendly driver. One comment: instead of all the lengths being individual on the back of van in my case 64 could they not be packaged saving the driver time and energy. Just a thought.

Great quality product at a good price. Delivery was free, really quick and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. When I had occasion to ring them, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. As I'd never bought fencing before and that I already had fence posts, I didn't realise that I needed the 'runners' for the posts for the fence panels to sit in. If I'd ordered them with the panels it would have been an extra £20 per pair. As it was I was charged £34 per pair. I found this a little excessive on an already fairly big order. However, I cannot fault the product in any way
