Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Online ordering quick and easy. Delivery within a few days of order. Delivery driver was very obliging and helpful despite being in discomfort with a leg issue. Product is very good quality and easy to install, you really need a mitre saw to cut lengths and angles. The fixing clips are supplied with thread cutting hex head screws - not easy to fix without drilling pilot holes.

Excellent customer service, delivery communication was timely with the Dino driver communicating very accurately when he would be arriving. Had a couple of issues with parcel force delivering smaller parts of the order but Dino Decking corrected the situation immediately to my complete satisfaction. Product is quality and so far has performed as expected.
