Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We ordered fence panels which were delivered promptly. All parts were easy to assemble and we were able to replace a wind damaged fence with little difficulty despite our age (upper 60s). We can recommend Dino Decking without reservation.
The Staff were excellent and the product arrived the day requested with a friendly call from the delivery driver with an ETA. The product is first class and matched by the service. 100% Happy
Dino decking have taken my money but i cant seem to reach them through either the phone number they supply or the support email to confirm delivery so not having resolved this issue yet. I have tried to cancel the order but still no luck after multiple emails and phone calls but still not a single human has contacted me it will be a no to using them again and I would not recommend them to any one.
The delivery driver gentleman who's name I did not get, was very polite and helpful with the delivery, a Credit to the company. Also a lady called Sarah H from the admin office who quickly responded to my enquiry and was very helpful. I can only strongly recommend that this company and Staff were a pleasure to do business with.
Ordered fence panels to go into concrete posts and wasn’t told post inserts were an extra so had to reorder them incurring extra postage

Spent £470 in cladding and they didn’t even put the fitting in with the order. Then I paid £120 for delivery. It turned up not even protected and had 3 damaged lengths.
