Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I bought the composite fencing and I must say it's high quality. Delivery was fast and efficient. Overall a really great product and company
Delivery excellent, after sales service good, product very good to a point ! I purchased 15 x 0.9m panels to fit into existing concrete posts. All components except the top rails are of good design. The top rails are designed to accept a trellis panel and therefore they are not flat on the top, they are a channel that look unfinished and collects rainwater. This would be an excellent product if there was an alternative top rail.

Amazing service from Dino Decking, ordered a sample pack which arrived the following day and had a good selection of colours to choose from. Placed order for composite fencing, this arrived much quicker than I expected. My husband found it very easy to build and it looks amazing in our front garden. Great quality and value for money, would definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Great the products look really good quality and cant wait to install and assemble. Really fast delivery. Unfortunately a few of the boards were marked and damaged, but were replaced and delivered no questions asked, within 48hrs of reporting. The delivery man was abit grumpy, and a little short with my wife, and definitely just kerb side and wouldn't help my wife move around the back to safe place. Otherwise as i have said the initial thoughts on the quality is great.
The deckin looks great and was delivered quickly but the after sales support if you need it is very poor.
