Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordering online was easy with a quantity calculator and list of items to pick from. Helpdesk answered quickly and resolved by queries. Materials were delivered to west Wales two days after I ordered, driver put them in a safe place until I could move them into the back garden. Materials are exactly as described, I have not yet installed them but don't foresee any problems.
This is my 3rd order for fencing with dino decking and prior to placing any orders with them I have always checked stock levels beforehand. The issue is the day before the goods are dispatched on every occasion I have been informed something is out of stock and you only receive a partial delivery. This last time my fence panels were delivered on the 9th of Jan but i was told the trellis that sits on top would follow a week to 10 days later which is frustrating enough. 19 days later and I have just chased them to find out that the trellis panels are not arriving to them until 14th Feb!! This is the 3rd order with them that I have received a delay in obtaining my full order. When the materials do arrive they are good quality and well made. Just frustrating that you cannot complete any projects when you only receive a partial delivery. Come on Dino Decking you need to improve upon this and be more honest with your customers when we ask the question of whether items are in stock. It feels like they accept your order, take payment and then let you know they are out of stock 😩. Room for improvement.
From ordering to delivery and ease of installation, the whole process was excellent. I will be replacing more fence panels shortly.
Cheap crap. Drastic change to colour within 9 months. After 3 years the Decking boards have started to split and warp badly, so bad I am having to remove and replace the whole lot, Customer service is terrible. They wouldn't give me a refund, offered boards to replace, no use as they would be a total different colour, due to rapid fading PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
I ordered the 1.5 metre fencing kit to fit my existing concrete posts, which comes with 1.8 metre posts which can be cut down to size. After installation, which was relatively easy for novice DIY’ers, we decided that rather than cutting down the posts we would add the trellis to the top, which is also available in the fencing kits. The difference in price between the 1.5m kit without trellis and the 1.8m kit with trellis on their website was £451, so I contacted Dino Decking to order the trellis separately and was quoted £665? When I queried the price difference, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude, telling me I was wrong and simply wouldn’t listen, even though the price on their website contradicted her. I asked if there was any negotiation on the price considering how much I had already spent and it was a blank no. I have since sourced the same trellis panels on another site at over half the price quoted by Dino Decking, including delivery. In summary I am very happy with the actual product, but their after sales support was both rude and appalling.
Not erected fence yet but found website very easy to navigate. Free sample box very useful. Fence not delivered on specified date due to driver caling in sick but received early call to advise of the situation. When delivered driver very polite and respectful of what he was delivering 👏
Excellent quality decking and unparalleled speed of delivery. Honestly couldn’t believe how great it was based on the price but the reviews don’t lie. Love my black slate decking
Having spent many weeks researching different companies and products, we decided on Dino decking for our rear garden. We were delighted with the results and quality of service and products provided. We had cause to call them for additional support and advice and found them extremely helpful and speedy in resolving our issue. The issue I must add was our issue and NOT a problem with the product. Highly recommend this company
