Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

It appears that if you buy 1 fence panel you will receive two posts but if you order two you only get three posts.this is all well and good if you are using the panels for fencing,I was not,I needed them for back drops to various planters.i have been told by Dino decking I would now need to purchase additional posts at great expense or the ones I have will become useless. This so called free post they give with one panel needs to be made more clearer. I feel cheated and would never use this company again.
