Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordered five fence panels on a Wednesday and they were delivered on the Friday first thing. The posts were well wrapped along with the top & bottom rails but the slats were not protected in anyway. I know they are meant to be for outdoor use but as I cleaned each slat they were quite dirty and there were small black spots on them which could not be removed but once installed they were not visible. Overall the product is very good and easy to install. I drilled a hole in the side frame through the middle of the top slat so it could be fixed in place with a plasterboard screw which then prevented the rest of the slats from being removed. I would certainly purchase more of them for the rest of the garden good quality and they look great.

Very simple, looked on line, found Dino Decking, made several enquiries which were all answered diligently, liked the style of fence and the fact that it is low maintenance. Placed my order, paid on line and the fencing arrived within 2 days. fencing looks very smart, well pleased with it.
