Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We bought this decking 3 years ago and it still looks lovely, Stone composite deck. One board has broken and require a single replacement board, cut and delivered. Simple request? The sales team were rather surly and I could only buy a 4m length and their facility can't cut anything and has to be delivered... £120 for a £26 board, and no exceptions! They wouldn't drop with another order if they happened to be coming this way for any less money. I'm rather disappointed with the service here, unfortunately seemed to be a common word. I advise if you are buying from Dino, order more than you'll need as it will cost you later!

Do not follow their install instructions if using pedestals and aluminium joists. It leaves you nowhere to screw the bullnose edging and skirting in to. Also check your deliveries as I had numerous items missing. In fairness they did send these out.
