Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Rubbish, Modern theives, I haven't viewed any property, I haven't sign any forms, is it Lawful just to widraw £430 in one of my account and say its a payment for wasting your time? They sold my personal details to a company with bad reutations and bad reviews. Ask for proof and I will post my statement with dexters witdrawal of £415. Sebastian rubbish is typical.
Dexters (and Thamesview) have been managing my flat in Chiswick for many years and I found the experience mostly positive with only the occasional hiccup - to be expected when you let your property for twenty odd years. This year has been difficult though - problems with the outgoing tenant, looking to secure a new tenant and significant repairs, maintenance and refurbishment all going on during the transition.
Because I live abroad this resulted in many email exchanges, plus telephone calls with various property managers and I felt I was not making much headway, constantly having to explain my needs whenever I was connected to a different manager. Everyone was trying to be helpful but it was frustrating so often to be passed around to people new to me.
That all changed when Vanessa Barroso took over as my "go to" property manager. She impressed me immediately with her professional manner, work ethic and situation awareness. Nothing was too hard, whether it was tracking down contractors for quotes, sourcing important documents such as EPC, Electrical or Gas reports and many other tasks. The responses she gave were always prompt and the feedback clear and concise. When the decision was made eventually to sell, she assisted me greatly with the completion of the property information forms including fittings and contents.
That "extra mile" she so often went was and is much appreciated. So thank you Dexters and thank you Vanessa. Wish you all the very best.
