Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

During 2023 I have bought a flat in central London in which Dexters acted as the Estate Agents for the seller and subsequently rented out this flat with Dexters as the letting agent. Throughout these processes I have interacted with various Dexters staff, including Lok Chan, Joseph Donaghy, Phoebe Wishart and most recently Bryan Crail. All have been polite, helpful, responsive and well-informed: everything that could be asked for. A special mention must be made of Bryan Crail who is responsible for managing the let of my flat. When a problem arose due to damage to the exterior of the building leading to water ingress he has been the primary contact to deal with it. During this difficult time he has been proactive in working towards fixing the problem, helpful and kept me well informed: an excellent response in a challenging situation.
