Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

I have been with dexters as a tenant, I have been impressed with how quick Nora deals with my issues, and communicating with me. She is very empathetic and understanding. Overall Dexters have been great towards me.

Jadasa is an excellent property…

Jadasa is an excellent property manager! Jadasa responds promptly to calls and/or emails and coordinates maintenance/repairs to be completed in a timely manner. Oftentimes things are repaired same day. I am grateful to have her managing our home.

Thank god for Natasha - can get stuff sorted

Despite many challenging situations with Dexters staff (including the out of hours helpline who were not helpful when my boiler broke during winter) and other such instances - Natasha and Saad in the Great Eastern Street branch have been the saving grace for Dexters. Since taking over, Natasha has been extremely professional, mediated resolutions that are fair between tenant and landlord and been responsive to significant issues in the flat (through no fault of anyone’s). If only Dexters had more people like Natasha.. I think tenants would enjoy their experience! Suggestion - get Natasha to lead and train all property management staff to represent tenants and landlord like she has with my situation! very impressed with Saad - he has a very good manner and etiquette in speaking to people and good customer service and strong understanding of managing issues, timelines and remediation. Again, Saad should continue to be front facing and train other colleagues.

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid! What started out as a promising experience quickly descended into an incredibly frustrating and stressful ordeal with consultants at the Muswell Hill branch. I was due to move into a new rental property in two-working days time. I had paid my holding deposit and successfully gone through the referencing process. The only thing remaining was to sign the tenancy agreement. But, to my great surprise, I received an email with two-working days to go before my move informing me that the landlady had gone with someone else. As you can imagine, this has massively blindsided me and now I face the real prospect of being made homeless with almost no time to find alternative accommodation. It is unconscionable for agents to treat people this terrible way and has left me with not a terribly high opinion of Dexters.
