Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

We have rented from Dexters. Our property viewing experience was good as Jack Beacom arranged for us to view the property twice before deciding. However, we felt a bit pressured when we learned many others were bidding for the rental and it felt like a now or never decision. After moving in we raised multiple repair issues which Talia White promptly dealt with. Talia is responsive and considerate as a property manager. Overall, we are happy with the support after moving in.

Team member Donalina Gargrupe has been excellent honestly beyond helpful for an issue I had! She was great with communicating with me and providing me with the help at a really stressful issue and helped me worry less and guided me to sort it all out and honestly the stress was lifted once she organised and helped me out honestly Thankyou Donalina ! My experience with Dexters, particularly with Matt Hartwell, the estate agent at the Clapham branch, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Prior to moving in, assurances were made regarding the condition of the house, even supported by video evidence. However, upon our move-in date, the property was in an even worse state than initially communicated. Throughout the initial weeks of our tenancy, essential issues such as broken windows, a damaged roof, and a malfunctioning toilet were highlighted, yet we were informed that these critical repairs would not be addressed. This was incredibly disappointing, as these are fundamental aspects that significantly impact living conditions. What's more concerning is the oversight regarding the keys. Matt failed to retrieve them from the previous tenants, allowing them unauthorised access to the property during the night once our tenancy had commenced. This security breach was alarming and deeply unsettling. The lack of follow-through on promised repairs and the breach of security with former tenants retaining access showcases a concerning lack of responsibility and care on the part of Dexters and their representative, Matt. It's disheartening when assurances made prior to the tenancy are not honored, leading to a compromised living situation. Moving forward, I urge Dexters to improve their communication, accountability, and overall management of properties to ensure that future tenants don't face similar disappointing experiences. It's crucial for a reputable agency to uphold their commitments and prioritise the safety and comfort of their tenants.

My experience with ( DEXTERS). This is the first property I have ever rented and the service has been second to none from the very beginning. From the initial viewing to signing the contract, everything was made so easy and straight forward by the staff at (Peter James ) as possible as at then . I was with them from 2018, before DEXTERS took over. They are nice friendly and easy to deal with team , never had any problems, and any reports have been dealt with immediately. The team of workmen are polite & friendly as well, they leave the property just how they met it . I would miss my small cozy place . I am extremely happy with the service I have received and everyone I have spoken to or emailed in the office have always been kind and very helpful. The Highlight for me is with VIRAJ, he broke the news that my house was up for sale , it broke my heart, but he was extremely professional, He very supportive throughout the process of my house search, constantly making sure that I was fine . In the process I lost my dad. The Long and short of it all is that VIRAJ @ Dexter's property management is professional, efficient and most of all he has a human heart .
