Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
I had a very positive experience working with Vanessa, a property manager at the Acton branch of Dexters who efficiently organized contractors for my flat.
Communication with Vanessa was excellent as she promptly addressed my questions and concerns, and kept me informed of progress. She also handled a tenant issue successfully in a timely and diplomatic manner.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Vanessa at Dexters for her competence in contractor management and tenant issues.
I´ve had a good experience with Dexters, who are managing my rented-out flat. The property managers and team members looking after my flat seem to change quite often, but have all been very friendly and effective. Dexters have found me two very reliable tenants, and, when the first tenant wanted to leave early, they found me a second tenant in time to seamlessly continue the tenancy. The changeover between the two tenants was a bit bumpy, with wrong fees charged to me that took a long time to sort out. The inventory report was complex and very thorough, and it took a bit of backwards and forwards to be sure that all necessary areas were addressed. I also wonder if the outgoing tenant was charged enough for the damage to the flat which I had to subsequently have repaired. Yet it´s been great that the actual change over, with the various check-in / check-out, inventory and other reports, has been well managed. Thank you, Ledi Peka, Elliot Austin and Harriet Fox for being very responsive and professional, looking after my tenancy so well, and patiently working through whatever issue arises!
Have posted previous great reviews of Dexters Notting Hill office, but just wanted to say again how well they've worked in finding me my new tenants and giving a me a lot of help sorting out some urgent works which needed completing over the difficult Christmas period. I've found both their Lettings Agents and Management Depts continue to go to great lengths to smooth the way for landlords!
I recently changed the management of my London flat to Dexter's, under Mohammed Amin at the London Fields office. It's been a brilliant experience with them helping on every aspect of the letting. I can fully recommend Dexter's.

We live in an apartment that sits below a property managed by Dexter's Shoreditch. Our flat it slowly getting destroyed due to a continuous unresolved issue. Hello Asma I have already formally made a complaint about this to Lesley Alford at customer relations and was told that this cannot be addressed until the problem is fully resolved. This is regarding property in e2 9ed.
