Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

We struggled immensely with an unscrupulous, fraudulent and absentee landlord (who resides in Dubai, literally a different continent) and had a litany of serious issues with our properly. None of these were remedied and relationships broke down with the landlord who claimed he was struggling to manage the property. We had toxic mould, plumbing and dangerous electrical issues which were only worsening. When raised with the letting agent, appealing for their help, our concerns were ignored and they sided completely with the absentee landlord. This led to us being forced to end the tenancy early and we are now facing issues with getting our deposit back and dexters have been incredibly unhelpful and combative in their nature. They have shown zero care for their tenants and only care about putting money in their own pockets. DO NOT TRUST THIS LETTING AGENCY.

I have been renting my flat for a dozen years with Dexters and overall they are good at what they do, and generally get rents in on time. My flat is agent-managed so the team is generally responsive and get things done well. Par When things are amiss, the management of Dexters come into play and they solve problems which is great. I've most recently been working with property manager Bailey and she's been great at finding the right contractors at the right prices to get things done to a satisfactory level. I intend to continue to let my flat with Dexters.
