Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Monika Piszczyk is a star!

This review and 5 stars are specifically for Monika Piszczyk and not the wider company or other individuals/employees. We recently had Monika visit our flat and engage with the landlord to facilitate a change of boiler. She is professional, communicative, fair and compassionate - very, very rare traits in her line of work, which we incredibly appreciated. We were impressed by her efficiency, solution-finding skills and organisation and we hope to keep working closely with her. In our 9 years of being tenants of the same property, Monika has by far been the best liaison we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you, Monika, you deserve the very best.

Really poor service from property management

Worst property managemnt team you can find. We deal with them for a few proerties and every time communication is poor and delayed. You need to chase them for updates for the most basic requests and clearly the team of majority women are there to window dress as they clearly do not know their job. Please rather recruit for experience and knowledge as to window dressing with women who are rude and have no idea what they are doing. USELESS on every level

Spammers

Spammers. Went in there to look at flats, they took all my info, never helped me find a flat, but they do keep on spamming me (weekly emails) with random flats. I tried unsubscribing, didn't work cause their address is not valid. This is against GDPR by the way.

A viewing was arranged for a property

A viewing was arranged for a property No direct contact number was provided Apart from that of the office. On the day of the viewing They didn’t want to miss it So called the office to get in touch With the particular agent To inform that they were running late. The person on the phone Said she will contact the agent And then call back 5 minutes went, She didn’t call We called back ourselves She said it should be fine The buyer arrived at the property 7 mins after the viewing time And noticed that there were people Still inside. He continued to wait outside for his partner who has physical restrictions To arrive for the viewing. Please note that the other viewers left the property 10-12 mins after their time overlapped our scheduled viewing time The agent acknowledged the buyer And said it’s okay to wait But at no time did he mention How long he can wait or If the person is happy to view the property by himself til his partner arrives. And the agent was well aware that the person was outside waiting for his partner The agent then called the number Instead of speaking to the buyer Who was waiting near the property At first he said that he has to leave And if anyone comes they can only Pop in and out So it is better to reschedule We explained we are happy to Have a quick look With the buyer who was already there All that time The agent refused and said His diary is packed And he must leave So left. The buyer was left bewildered As were others and his partner Who reached the property A minute after he left. We immediately contacted the office To explain that we felt mistreated The person just repeated what The agent said about being booked And having to leave She did apologise for the inconvenience And said he would be in touch After he returned to the office an hour later, He didn’t. We have viewed properties with many agencies but this has been the worst experience by far It felt like he didn’t care And also that she didn’t care So why should we consider Any property listed by dexters. Please kindly be considerate Of people’s circumstances And if someone is asking If it is okay to wait Just be clear how long is okay Then there will be no issue.

Flat purchase experience

We recently purchased a flat via Dexters in Muswell Hill and were very happy with the service we received. Our contact Roland responded promptly to all our enquiries and requests and generally maintained communication and liaised with the seller for us throughout the process which definitely reduced the stress of our purchasing experience

This is not Selling Sunset!

I first rented through the Hammersmith office, which was a traumatic experience. Without exception, I was treated with disrespect at every stage. Several layers of management proved useless and the Council and Ombudsman were reported to. I then purchased with the Shepherd's Bush office and was met with embarrassingly poor communication, frightening lack of self-awareness and general unprofessionalism. This may read to be an exaggeration, however I can and will be happy to prove each of my claims multiple times over.
