Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Disgusting customer service. UPDATE : area director said he would respond the week after my complaint. I chased him a month later and he then responded. He hadn’t read my complaint. Tried to gaslight me by claiming that dexters weren’t aware of things I’d specifically addressed in the complaint and sent screenshots of emails discussing these things with Dexters. Vile.
Elizabeth was a great support to me with dealing and evicting a tenant from my property. She was sympathetic to my situation which was appreciated during a very difficult time. I can highly recommend.
Our experience with the Shepherds Bush office has been incredibly frustrating. Upon moving into our flat, we were shocked to find it filthy and in a state of disrepair, despite assurances that it would be cleaned and the floor repaired as per our contract. The furniture is in terrible condition, with broken and unusable pieces. The decor is just as bad, with damp and dirty walls throughout the flat. This is far from the standard we were led to expect and has severely disrupted our daily lives. Despite requesting urgent repairs and replacements, nothing has been done, and our complaints have gone unanswered. Avoid this agency—they are unresponsive, and the property conditions are unacceptable.
This review is in particular for Dexter's Lee. If you think all Estate Agents in Lee are the same,then Dexter's Lee is definitely different. very different,in fact they could contend for the worst estate agency in England. I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling through Dexter's Lee to contact me. The team, and in particular the sales team are money oriented. They will provide all sorts of distorted facts to make you list their property through them and whilst buying ,all sorts of lies without any moral conscience will be told. Their costs are higher than other than other estate agents who provide a far more personal service. This agency strives on the Dexter's brand but having dealt with Dexter's in other parts,I can easily vouch that they are the worst and most unprofessional. Please do your research before listing your property,buying and even thinking of renting out through them. They will completely ignore any of your requests or their duties as long as they can make their commission. As stated I am ready to help and discuss in more detail on why to avoid this agency
