Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

My experience working with Jemima Wood at Dexter Chelsea at Belgravia was very pleasant. Although I was the buyer in the transaction, I can't express enough how impressed I was with Jemima’s professionalism and dedication in representing the seller. During our very first interaction, Jemima demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the local market. From the acceptance of my offer to the exchange of contracts and completion, Jemima was genuinely committed to ensuring a smooth transaction — with effective communication on both sides. I truly appreciate Jemima’s expertise and the teamwork and support from the staff at the branch. I recently came off a lease contract for a property managed by Dexters. In the UK, the service you get as a renter is oftentimes sub-par, however, Dexters in my experience is a remarkable exception. Even though I was "just" a renter of a relatively low-cost property, I was treated respectfully by Dexters staff, and if there were disagreements, i.e. when it came to the deposit reimbursement, they did everything to resolve the issue quickly and satisfactory. I want to especially mention Monika, who was my primary contact for property management, and Paul, who was the letting agent. Both did their utmost to make the often unpleasant realities of renting in London much more enjoyable.
Dexters Richmond went above and beyond to assist us in the process of selling our flat. They provided great advice, found potential buyers quickly and were very active in the conveyancing process to ensure our sale got over the line. Would recommend their services for any property sale.

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property. He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property. He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards. I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.

Paris arranged for the Khinda Building Works Ltd to attend our premises to conduct some repairs. I was very impressed with the contractor’s skills to resolve three different repairs within such a short time. The communication was smooth and the contractor was very punctual. Dexters Putney gave us a flat with many problems...we are very disappointed and frustrated because we pay rent but they do not fix the various problems. We have to call several property managers and they promised us that they would fix the problem as soon as possible but they always try to buy time...and then we have to send several emails and phone calls asking for an update on when they will fix the various problems...but they always say that it will be fixed this week...but it is not true we have been living without basic things for two months. the first day the boiler did not work as well as the oven the curtains were broken...so we had to wait a long time to have the boiler fixed and the oven changed. the washing machine has been leaking for 1 month, since we moved in the lights in the bedrooms do not work nor the radiators in the bathrooms... check the flat carefully before signing the contract with Dexeters
