Dexters Putney gave us a flat with many problems...we are very disappointed and frustrated because we pay rent but they do not fix the various problems. We have to call several property managers and they promised us that they would fix the problem as soon as possible but they always try to buy time...and then we have to send several emails and phone calls asking for an update on when they will fix the various problems...but they always say that it will be fixed this week...but it is not true we have been living without basic things for two months. the first day the boiler did not work as well as the oven the curtains were broken...so we had to wait a long time to have the boiler fixed and the oven changed. the washing machine has been leaking for 1 month, since we moved in the lights in the bedrooms do not work nor the radiators in the bathrooms... check the flat carefully before signing the contract with Dexeters
