Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Just wanna say Archie from Dexter surbiton has been very patient and helpful in all ways possible. My mum is registered blind and some agents have given us properties hard to access .Archie has been nothing but supportive. He takes his time to explain why and how you have to go through certain procedures. Communication level is 10/10 .
Completely ghosted by an agent after we had already started looking at properties together. Tried to follow up via phone and email multiple times, no reply. A simple email saying „this property isn’t available anymore“ or whatever the reason might be is simply the professional thing to do, and it’s not hard. Will not be contacting them again for my next home search!
All people working at Dexters are very helpful, prompt and efficient in what they do. Always there, with solutions and answers. I would highly recommend Dexters.
Proactive communication, empathy and transparency are three core values I have seen demonstrated at Dexters. I have rented a home through them for nearly two years, and they have stood out as property managers that actually care. Most recently, Daragh Power has impressed me with their kindness and genuine care. I had two requests of the landlord, one that would require a change to my contact, and Daragh was AMAZING at listening to my needs, understanding the time sensitivity and following up with the landlord when we didn’t receive a response right away. They could have deprioritised my concerns or have gotten upset with my persistence but instead they understood where I was coming from and really advocated for me. This is exactly what one would want from a property manager, but is something I find is rare, especially in a ‘landlord market.’ Daragh communicated professionally throughout and made the entire process stress free. I wouldn’t choose another property manager besides Dexters.
Carl is assisting us with the refurbishment of our property and has been good to deal with. He is always on the end of the phone and if missed he responds in a timely manner. Carl has been really helpful in arranging quotes and contractors. He is always happy to help and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
We were badgered by Dexter’s for years so decided last summer to instruct them on a letting. They over promised on the rent they could achieve so we missed the window to secure tenants before the autumn. We also then instructed them to sell as we were receiving no rent . They failed to produce a single credible offer on either basis. We instructed Goldschmidts who found a buyer and at a strong price within a matter of weeks. I’m prompted to write today as we received probably the third cold call from Dexters as the old property is now for rent via the new owners . We told Dexters on at least 2 previous occasions that we had sold the property so I wish they could be more efficient/ professional in all they do.
Petros was a very friendly guy and very considerate. Good person to work with. He also made sure that baby’s face is not visible on the pictures which I really appreciated.
I was very sorry to hear that my property manager with Dexters, Nasra Said, will be moving to another department. She has spoiled me with her efficiency and her dedication to her job and she will be difficult to replace. Always caring, always listening, doing her best to keep her clients happy. I wish her the best of luck in her future post and I will miss her.
