Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Some of the agents are not great unfortunately, but what makes me want to give a 5 star review is the help that Edwin has provided to us. The flat was given to us with different issues and a week later than planned, but he managed to fix most of the problems before we moved in.

Irresponsible real estate agents. Put a place up for rent with a massive history of pests (rats, mice, cockroaches) without informing us, and takes forever to let the landlord know to pay for pest control. I wonder if the agents at Dexters can live with mice in their apartments themselves... because they surely don't take our problems seriously

Tenant at a property managed by Dexters. Recently got burgled and while everything took longer than it should have, the property manager Daragh was excellent at keeping me up to date and being transparent in his communication. It is refreshing to have a human pick up the phone when calling with a concern as opposed to AI chatbots and endless phone menus. Please keep that up.
