Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Went for an interview and the HR employee mentioned that my beard was messy and to trim it before my next interview. This can only be classified as discrimination and really offensive to someone who is following their faith. I will never do business with you or come close to your company due to these values.

Recently, I’ve had several interactions with Manuela Diaz-Niño, and she’s consistently been responsive, attentive, and reassuring—always taking the time to understand my concerns and keep things moving promptly. My rating is specifically for Sophia Theophane, who I have always found responsive, and who dealt with admirable efficiency to a complete loss of power in my flat. Thanks to her efficient handling of the situation, the fault was located outside my flat, the managers of the block were contacted, and the inconvenience to my tenant was kept to a minimum.

Response time is very quick. Always reply to emails. Everything runs very smoothly. Good at dealing with issues quickly and efficiently. Leighton Hanson at the SE London office was very efficient and helpful.

An excellent team, who are efficient and always available. Moving is a daunting prospect, but there was a genuine, supportive willingness to help through the process and make things as clear and easy as possible. My main port of calls have been Elin and Bally of the Surbiton Branch. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I've been here 2 weeks now and the flat definitely feels like home.
