My rating is specifically for Sophia Theophane, who I have always found responsive, and who dealt with admirable efficiency to a complete loss of power in my flat. Thanks to her efficient handling of the situation, the fault was located outside my flat, the managers of the block were contacted, and the inconvenience to my tenant was kept to a minimum.
