Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Very disappointed with the service from Dexter, particularly Olivier Babylone. I was sent an incorrect lease renewal with the wrong rental amount and had to point it out over five times via email. Despite this, Olivier continued to send the same incorrect document daily for over few weeks, completely ignoring my requests. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. This is really upset to see how poor their service is. I have all the email records on hands on how politely requested for more than 5 times but Olivier just kept sending me robotic emails every MID-NIGHT....

I’ve had a great experience with Sacha from Dexters, who managed the property I was renting. She was always friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Her communication is fantastic, and is always happy to help, no matter how small the enquiry is. Everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very clear and regular communications on issues raised. It is useful to have a named contact to raise any queries or faults at the property with. Leighton always replies promptly and keeps me updated along the process
