Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Amazing support from the property manager Leighton, who promptly supported us with an issue in the apartment where the bathroom laminate flooring was lifting and warping. He intervened immediately, got in touch with the landlord and in less than a week managed to confirm the intervention of a handyman to repair the flooring. We are grateful for the support and the immediate intervention to solve the issue.

I have been a tenant under Dexters for 5 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences both with communication aspects and being extremely helpful dealing with any queries. I would like to give a massive, big thank you to the property management team for being understanding and always being prompt dealing with any maintenence issues we are having in our rental property. Isabelle Sketchley Holmes, Ella Maynard and Rhian Harrigan-Evans in particular have been absolute godsends with past issues and deserve every bit of praise they recieve!
