Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Rebeka and Matthew of the Muswell Hill office have been invaluable in helping me let my flat. In their respective areas of property management and letting, they were both consistently professional. They listened to my observations, dealt with difficulties, took my thoughts on board, and came up with solutions. I am very happy with the letting that they made possible.

This review is purely for Nora Ali in the management team - Nora oversees the management of a large portfolio of properties for a client of mine and is always super responsive to issues - today 30 mins before the office closes for a 4 day bank holiday she has provided a solution for an emergency ( flooding into a neighbouring flat) that needs dealing with TODAY. She made numerous calls came up with a plan for this evening for contractors to attend and assess the situation Excellent 5 stars

I've been really impressed with Malachi in the Property Services team, who has been my main point of contact for repairs, maintenance work and visits. I always receive prompt responses to my questions and plenty of notice for anything I need to be aware of (maintenance, visits, etc). Throughout my tenancy so far he has always been friendly and professional and I can't thank him enough.
