Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
Petro Giorganos is a very kind person, Immediate attention when I requested the repair of my washing machine, with the good response that they replaced it with a new one, excellent service
George Blanchard is very nice, checked in a couple times when we have a burst pipe. Maintenance team are really responsive, don't know how much my landlord is paying them, but imagine it's a decent bit!

This is the first time I have written a review like this, however the service we have received is so appalling that I felt it was necessary.
We’ve had an incredibly poor experience renting a property through Dexters Fulham. The property was handed over in a genuinely uninhabitable state. Filthy, unfinished, and unsafe, despite being promised it had been professionally cleaned and made ready for move-in.
There were (and still are) numerous issues, including exposed wiring, cracked floor tiles, broken fittings, non-functioning appliances, and serious fire hazards. We raised these immediately and have followed up with multiple emails and phone messages, yet most of the time they do not even respond.
What’s worse is the consistent lack of accountability. The property was clearly not inspected properly before handover, and even after we provided evidence (including photos and video), the agency has been slow to act and at times entirely silent. The inventory was even completed before cleaning was finished, which speaks volumes about how badly managed this has been.
Dexters may have a good reputation on paper, but our experience has been completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about renting through them, especially from this branch, I’d strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
Dexter’s are well run estate agents and have made me and my children feel secure renting from them. Leighton Hanson who I’ve dealt with along with the rest of the team at Honor Oak are all friendly helpful and prompt with dealing with issues.
Malachi Murray has come two times know for a property visit and it is a pleasure to have a reactive and attentive person to have to relay the information to our
landlord.
