DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

Lors de ma première visite j’ai très bien été accueilli par le personnel de Dentakay. Les services et les soins sont remarquables et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement.

Je comprends que l'on soit réticent de partir à l'étranger pour se faire soigner les dents surtout comme mon mari et moi qui avions un gros travail dans notre bouche. Nous l'avons été aussi ! Mais n'hésitez pas à vous lancer car nous n'avons pas été déçus de notre 1er séjour : Dès le début de notre arrivée à l'aéroport, nous avons été pris en charge. A la clinique, un professionnalisme et une gentillesse irréprochables tant sur l'accueil, les interprètes français et bien sûr, l'équipe médicale avec la directrice de la clinique et le Dr Mustafa Temiz qui sont au top et nous ont bien expliqué le travail et nous ont bien rassurés ! Pour chacun de nous et en 1 seule séance : extraction de plusieurs dents, greffe osseuse importante, sinus lift et pose de 10 implants, le tout en moins de 2h30 ! Il aurait fallu compter 2 ans 1/2 en France ! Nous devons maintenant patienter 6 mois pour une bonne cicatrisation avec des repas composés de soupes, purées, aliments mous.... mais quand on voit les patients du 2e séjour enchantés de leur superbe dentition, cela nous encourage à être patients. I had work done by Dr. Abdullah at Dentakay dental clinic nish. I've had 5 implants and 26 crowns. His workmanship and skill has been first class. He put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Do yourself a favour and come see Dr. Abdullah... He is a genius.

1 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre 0. Ma mère est cliente chez cette « clinique » que je met bien entre parenthèse car je caractérise plutôt ça comme un local de torture ou on raquette les patients. Une expérience catastrophique a fuir mais vraiment ne croyais en aucuns cas en leur publicités mensongères sur leurs réseaux sociaux ou leur site internet tout est uniquement du bleuf total. Aucuns accompagnement, des tarifs qui varient d’un jour à l’autre, un travail de barbares (plus de 8h de travail non stop de souffrance sur une personne de plus de 60 ans !) inadmissible aucuns professionnalisme uniquement votre argent est intéressant. Accueil déplorable, conseils et suivit inexistant ou s’il y a c’est pour se moquer de vous. 3 conseillères clientèle différentes et toutes plus mauvaises les unes que les autres. Je pourrai écrire un livre sur toutes les péripéties que ma mère et moi avons dû endurer pendant 10 longs jours interminables en Turquie ! Ils sont inhumains et les français ne sont absolument pas la bienvenue et on vous le fait bien ressentir, on se moque de vous, on vous rigole à la gueule pendant que vous souffrez. Je n’ai jamais vu sa en 2022 comment peut-on laisser s’enrichir des monstre pareil ?!

Je suis très satisfait de ma première visite à la clinique Dentakay d’Istambul. L’accueil et l’hébergement sur place sont impeccable, d’une classe mondiale L’Extraction des dents et la pose des implants se sont déroulées sans encombre. Après bientôt 6 mois de cicatrisation sans aucun problème, me voici prêt pour la deuxième visite ( pose des dents définitives) Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas

Please do not use this company, horrendous from start to finish. My niece went over , she was quoted one price and on arrival they changed the price. A lot of family & friends have used ( ——- ——) and dentakay is a complete con. They ask for money prior to starting treatment, staff have terrible teeth Busra was supposedly her interpreter she had an awful experience on her return to complain dentakay blocked her on social media. Then a lady from America whom was based in England reached out, they have a group on WhatsApp outlining the issues other patients have had. My niece received implants and would not return. They speak in Turkish and made derogatory comments not realising my niece had an app interpreting for her. They do not use protective eyewear, anyone writes a negative complaint on Google they send what’s app messages voiding there warranty. The amount of complaints in the hotel by other returning clients was alarming. The aftercare was terrible. Wrong painkillers given, the teeth they did on guests staying at Ramada hotel we’re awful. People are scared to review because they send vile messages! Trust me the reviews are fake. My niece was traumatised by the treatment and abuse, the staff handle the supposedly sterile equipment, they use mobile phones in the room. This place is the biggest scam and one of the worst places in turkey to get your teeth done. Some of the Google reviews and group chats of survivors share harrowing stories were they shaved healthy teeth back causing nerve damages and insufferable pain. Please do not use this dentist. Amended - Dentakay have requested via trust pilot I amend mentioning another dentist! I concur they want it amending. I will remove the other dentist as that is their main concern. As the rest is truthful, all fake reviews with one reviews by fake accounts and this should be a priority for trustpilot when the people reviewing are only commenting on dentakay. Please research, they behaved appallingly to my niece. Busra was awful we have videos of their conversations and I intend to get my nephew to put together a video of the truth! Reviews are fake on this platform. They only review dentakay and the customers in the hotel were returning all distressed over damaged teeth. Left in excruciating pain. Do not go to that place.

Très déçue et insatisfaite. Je suis allée une première fois chez DENTAKAY pour implants mâchoire supérieure. Sur le devis fait au préalable, on me dit qu'il faut 6 implants. Une fois sur place, il en faut 8 !! J'accepte, je n'ai plus le choix. Je devais avoir des dents provisoires, je rentre en France sans dents et pour une durée de plus de 5 mois pour la cicatrisation. Deuxième visite de 10 jours, on annule presque tous mes rendez-vous. On me place les couronnes en zirconium mâchoire supérieure et inférieure la veille de mon départ. On est sortie de la clinique à plus de 2heures du matin pour être prête à 5h 30 pour aller à l'aéroport. 4mois plus tard, chez moi la prothèse mâchoire supérieure tombe. Me voilà avec mes 8 implants. J'ai avisé DENTAKAY. Ils n'ont pas été très aimables ni compréhensifs. J'ai dû y retourner une troisième fois. Le billet d'avion à mes frais. Ils ont recollé la prothèse. Je dis bien recoller car celle ci n'a pas été vissée. En fait, elle n'a jamais été vissée. Alors pourquoi mettre des implants ?? Je suis rentrée en France il y a un peu plus d'un mois. Pour le moment ça tient. Jusqu'à quand ??? Je n'ai jamais pû voir la directrice de la clinique qui soit disant était en vacances. Merci pour tout DENTAKAY. J'ai des photos et factures pour preuves. Ce massacre m'a coûté une belle somme d'argent . Choisissez bien votre clinique. Je suis persuadée qu'il y a de bonnes cliniques en Turquie, mais évitez DENTAKAY.

I’m very happy about my whole experience at Dentakay. Good doctors, clean ambience!! Everything was perfect just how I imagined it.

Excellent service from Dentakay once again! I come back to finish my implant and crowns from a previous visit and they have exceeded my expectations again from transfers, planning department, translators and dental Drs have all been amazing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dentakey. They have been professional, and reassuring throughout my implant journey. My translator Serdar was very brilliant and very kind. Highly recommend!

I now have a smile that I could only wish for. It took about 7 days. Dentakay have been so professional regarding the treatment, consultations, pain management and everything. I don’t and will not recommend this useles clinic to anyone . If I could share photos I would . I will do my best to warn every one who intends to visit this place for any treatment . I asked them for veneers and they shaved down all my healthy teeth and gave me crowns. I flew back to Nigeria and was in excruciating pains . The crowns they put in my mouth was falling off and I had to stick them back in a space of one week. Complained to them and they asked me to take pain killers, I took pain killers every 7 hours for one month just to manage the pains. Finally they made me pay my way back to Turkey and put me in a dirty hotel and said it’s the only one they can provide . I had to use my personal funds to switch to a diff ent hotel . Now I am in the US and the are gradually breaking off one after the other . They do this to over seas patients, knowing you will not be able to fly back to Turkey . I will never go back there . The stupid 10 year warranty they claim to give is not even worth it . I have to redo my whole teeth in the US which will cost me a lot but it’s definitely worth having your teeth break at anytime it pleases . They have no ethics or morals . They do as they please and I beg you, do not go to this place .you will regret it like I have . Once they take your money , they drill down your healthy teeth . All the good reviews are fake. This company is terrible .

Dentakay review My experience at Dentakay has been disappointing. I was quoted and confirmed a price for full dental implant before i left the UK. Dentakay agreed and sent in writing that my first visit would cost £3090 and second visit would cost £2160. I confirmed the price and the quality of products that would be used and all the information including hotels and flight prices. I confirmed and was happy. I arrived in Turkey and the price had changed. Where i was supposed to pay around £5000 for my full treatment i ended up having to pay around £9000 for the the full treatment. If i knew the price was going to change i would not have agreed as im an a retired pensioner. The Second visit originally was going to be after 3 months, however when they removed my teeth they said come back after 6 months, The false set of teeth they gave me were too big and the incorrect size. I complained stating they were to big but the matter was not resolved, for this useless set i paid £500. After 6 months they called to arrange my appointment, i was shocked that they said i had to pay for the flight tickets and the hotel myself. I argued that this was not the case this was not agreed as it was supposed to be inclusive of the price. I had no choice but to continue with my treatment as i had no teeth. When i complained they said if you did not want to pay for the flight then you should not have come! On both trips when it was time to fly back it was right after the main appointment provided the day before i was going to leave. For the dental implant the appointment was booked on Saturday 9.30am a morning before i was going to fly out the next day on sunday. They did this with every overseas patient. I received no aftercare as the next day was my flight to return to the UK. Now i am back my teeth are uneven and i cannot bite on one side. For my second trip i was overcharged for my hotel and flight, they have still not refunded the overcharge. The staff i spoke to at Dentakay said i was right and agreed with me but they could not help me. My wife had a problem within the 10 year warranty of her replacement of crowns. They made her pay for her own to ticket and her teeth had become over sensitive. Overall Dentakay failed to deliver a good service. They overcharged and over promised. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given that there is no after services, they make false promises and do not corrects mistakes.

I had a great experience in Turkey 🇹🇷 with Dentakay there are genuinely friendly and helpful 😊 I have had top and bottom dental implants . I would have never received as much attention in England and most importantly the price . Dentakay allowed me to pay with my credit card 💳 so there was no problem carrying a large amount of cash . They told me my dental implants have life time warranty.. so I have total piece of mind . My friends want to go and have there teeth done at Dentakay Istanbul ..5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I was very surprised with the quality of service and the clinic overall. I was very impressed the young woman they assigned to assist me with the language issues and related issued.. The young woman spoke very good English I believe she was an English major in college. She was very professional and always on time. The staff and care was very good and I look forward to my return appointment.

I have had a brilliant introduction to a professional and friendly organisation..Dentakay thank you. I look forward to my return in February. My preliminary consultation and surgery was conducted in a friendly and professional environment. From my arrival to my departure..all the staff and drivers and doctors were just brilliant. See u soon
