personnel accueillant et très professionnel. La clinique est super clean, vous êtes accompagné du début à la fin de votre séjour. Travail très soigné et très propre. J'avais un peu peur d'avoir mal mais je n'ai absolument rien senti. Je suis très content d'avoir réalisé mes soins chez eux et heureux de pouvoir enfin sourire à nouveau. Merci à toute l'équipe de Dentakay. Et à dans 6 mois pour la fin du traitement 😉😉

Dentakay gives all that it states overall satisfactory care, from collecting you from the airport to hotel from hotel to clinic, the induction prior to the start of you treatment, doctors and staff are professional throughout until leaving and your return to departure

Just want to thank Jack Deeb, medical supervisor of dentakay. He's been helpful to me from day 1 until now. My interest of putting my smile back to life led me to find this dental clinic online...with Jack's assistance, I agreed to have dental implants and bridge of crown. Preparing for my trip to Turkey was nerve wracking as I'm going on my own...sent money for the flight ticket..then, when I mentioned about my health condition and medication, my flight was on hold..I felt gutted but thankful that these people are looking after the interest of their clients, not only they wanted to make you smile but also with your overall health....I will update my review as soon as I received my money back.. watch this space. Update...glad my money has been refunded...thank you jack for being thoughtful and honest to your clients. I would not hesitate to recommend dentakay dental clinic based in Turkey..

I was very pleased with the service I received.

The last time I was there, the service was horrendous. The dentist or dental hygienist was incredibly hostile and refused to answer my questions. Dr. Ho himself is a very nice person but I will not go back to his practice.

After what is supposed to be a regular dental cleaning, my teeth hurt for over a week that I was afraid that the dentist had damaged my teeth. I had never had such bad dental cleaning experience in my life.

Do not go there its a waste of money ! There answer come back to Turkey at my expense and they will fix them - let me consider that for oh 20 second NO you have messed up my teeth and now having to pay a proper dentist to sort you mess out.

Deuxième visite chez Dentakay pour la finalisation. Tout est au top, l’organisation, le transport, le personnel aux petits soins. Un grand merci au docteur Serap et son équipe pour le magnifique travail réalisé, sans oublier le travail du laboratoire. Remarquable. En plus, Istanbul est une ville superbe. Je reviendrai pour un contrôle dans quelques mois et par la même occasion quelques vacances. Encore merci Dentakay.

The whole experience i had at Dentakay, from start to finish was incredible. A team of professionals are looking after your needs in great details. The doctors, all supporting staff in customer relationship are doing a great job. Some improvement and coordination is somehow required in the planning department to avoid long waiting time for appointments, which sometimes are as long as 2-3 hours. The same is required for the lab they use, as dentures are sometime returned back because of small imperfections like shape and colour Apart of that, everything is well organised, the clinic is at an incredible high standard, the outcome is fabulous. I would like to thank everybody with whom i dealt with during my 2 visits at the clinic and especially Dr. Tugba Can who looked after me and put a new smile on my face. A VIP service i highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an outstanding outcome in a short timeframe

I want to thank everybody at Dentakay dentist in Istanbul, I’ve just returned from a week at Dentakay having had the first stage of my treatment carried out,I must say how pleased I am, they carry out the most top class treatment anyone could wish for, the staff are wonderful from the planing team to the specialist doctors and nurses, im so happy with the outstanding treatment I received first class from the start, I can’t wait for the rest of my treatment to begin next year, I highly recommend Dentakay for there outstanding work.

My second visit to Dentakay POSITIVES: 1. The staff at Dentakay are phenomenal. They make u feel so welcome. They are at your beck and call making sure you are ok, offering you food, tea, coffee just anything you want. 2. The doctors at Dentakay impressed the most. Right from discussing your dental needs tailored to make your treatment a success to liaising with each other to ensure every detail is covered thoroughly. There are an array of doctors with different specialities in dentistry so you are rest assured to obtain the best advice and treatment. 3. Worthy of mention is Dr. Yesim who happens to be an associate professor in Dentistry in the University of Istanbul. She happens to be my Dentist. What more could you ask for?? You are in safe hands, couldn’t get any better than this. I must warn you, she’s a perfectionist. So rest assure she is very particular about details. Anything that doesn’t sit right with her procedure will be looked at thoroughly. She does go above and beyond. I guess that’s what u want! I felt really safe with her. If you happen to go Dentakay based on my review, ask for Yesim. However there are so many skilled Doctors at the practice in my opinion. 4. Worthy of mention is Abdullah, Busra and Ulku who painstakingly explained my treatment plan and listened anytime i had a query. I say thank you for delivering fantastic service. NEGATIVES: It would have been a 5 star rating for Dentakay had it not been the failure of the planning team department. I was made to understand i will be checking into Ramada Hotel which is a 4 star hotel with all the basic amenities of a pool and a gym and a great breakfast. Obviously you are away from home and want to feel safe in a good hotel with good amenities to entertain yourself while you undergo your treatment plan. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. I was put in a 1 star hotel ie. LivCity Hotel, with zero amenities. No pool, no gym. The rooms were not great either. Carpets horrible, the safe malfunctioned. Breakfast, absolutely horrendous, especially for someone undergoing dental treatment. In any case, i phoned and messaged the Planning Team constantly to get moved because i was getting depressed staying in that hotel but i was ignored. My advice; you will be better off booking your own hotel unless you are guaranteed Ramada Hotel. I was under the impression i was getting put there anyways. So you may want to learn from my situation. Conclusion: Dentakay is not one of your typical Turkish Dental Clinics that perform botched treatments, leave u scarred or damaged for life. We hear numerous stories of how some people undergo treatments in Turkey and end up maimed for life or lose their taste for life. I personally have heard testimonies from people who have gone to certain clinics in Turkey and as a result have never been the same because either their teeth are falling out or have lost taste or in constant agony. Dentakay is an exception. If anything, you can rest assure that you are in safe hands. Imagine been treated by an associate professor in dentistry, Relax, you are in safe hands, what could go wrong? Absolutely Nothing !! you dont even get that sort of treatment in the UK. Dentakay! Top notch! I highly recommend! NB: Book your own Hotel though! Just my thoughts.
