DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

Just got back home from a weeks worth of treatment. This is the best experience I have had from dentist they were very approachable and friendly. The hygiene of the dentist was impeccable. I would highly recommend them for any treatment needed. Transport from hotel to dentist and back was incredible the driver’s were very friendly.

Absolutely unreal work, a week later I am delighted with the results , they even checked in this week to see how i was. Everything was handled from flights hotels transfers accommodation Everything, unreal service if you are thinking about it do it, Dentakay are the best in the business

Dentakay Nish is the best dental clinic I have ever visited. Since I came to Istanbul, I was treated by the best and most professional team. The team that helped me during my visits to the clinic were top class. Also, my translator was very helpful. A great experience overall.

This clinic is terrible please don’t waste you time , money and please read the negative reviews which reveals the reality of Dentakay . After lots of research I have chosen to get in touch with Dentakay and asked about composite bonding on whatsapp. I was told they are doing it . I went to them beginning of May this year and in the chair they told Me to have veneers which was similar to composite bonding. I was told that they won’t shave much but they did . No care plan , no information , just taken my money same day and shaved my teeth for veneers . Then they won’t call you until last day . I used to wait between 3-6 hrs before I’ve been seen . When I’ve asked question they said : don’t worry , relax , don’t worry and giggling in their language . Dentakay first thing takes you money which it any support and information , then shave your teeth and then you are stuck , no time for making decision or nothing , pure coercion - pure scam and business . The first set of veneers I didn’t like them , the shape , too big and horsy and the shape . Second time they called me last day after begging them … same attitude don’t worry relax and dumped me …. I had to go in before my flight as my veneers were too high and were grabbing each other …. Since them nearly 3 months I had 2 veneers falling off , I went to the private clinic here in the uk and I need lots of things fixing it ( bitting point , roots canals , infection and so on ) Dentakay caused damage to my health and life , ruined my life - can’t eat ( only baby food ) , can’t drink unless properly , I’m in pain all the time , bleeding gums , soreness and inflammation , losing already 2 veneers , my teeth are so sensitive …didn’t treat my cavities and discolouration, nothing at all as I requested only lies and “don’t worry , we will ….” Dr in the uk said to me according to previous pictures I needed only a bit of composite bonding and whitening which I have requested initially but Dentakay said no , impossible 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬my teeth were straight and I never had any issues with them . Now as my life is ruined physically and mentally by Dentakay I’m fighting to get my money back which they are refusing so I can fix them in the uk . Also I’m going to employ a solicitor and fight for my case . Please don’t ruin your life by them . Thank you for reading my real and traumatic experience .

I was afraid to come alone and I did not know what to expect. Dentakay delivered everything they promised, every step of the way. I was cared for and feel so grateful that I was led to Dentakay.

Overall good experience. Doctors can be a bit rough, but you feel at ease as they seem to know what they’re doing. Professional and nice staff. There are many translators who speak several languages. Good accommodation. They can make you wait quite a bit even if you have an appointment (we have waited 3 hours before it was our turn) so take something to do with you just in case.

De retour en France hier après 10 jours à Istanbul de prise en charge par Dentalkay. J’ai eu une greffe osseuse, 3 implants, 3 dents enlevees et 24 couronnes. Sachez que ce n’est pas une partie de plaisir mais il faut ce qu’il faut. Pour l’instant ça va. Quelques douleurs encore, je n’arrive pas encore à manger correctement mais je me débrouille. J’espère que d’ici 15 jours à un mois il n’y aura plus de douleurs. Je vous donnerai un avis plus tard car le travail est trop récent pour donner un point de vue éclairé juste sur la base de la blancheur des dents. Pour ce qui est de l’accompagnement pendant mon séjour, rien à redire. Un personnel professionnel et dévoué qui vous rassure et est aux petits soins. J’y retourne dans 6 mois pour la seconde partie du traitement.

Having spent a week with the Dentakay staff, I can, hand on heart, say, I could not be happier with the results. collectively and individually the entire team are both very nice people as well as being skilled professionals. My treatment was top notch, there was not one aspect of their organisation that let the side down. The communication prior to leaving the UK was informative and promptly delivered. Every question asked was responded to in a clear and personalised way, always by the same person. Having made my decision I travelled to the airport to board the flights booked by the team, I was met at Istanbul by the driver and taken to the hotel. The rest of the week was seamless, and my treatment inspired me with confidence. I would not hesitate in recommending this team to anyone seriously considering having dental work done.

First class service from start to finish made me feel like a super star from the translators Selma, Hussam, Rami and Tamara to the doctor Dogan and the receptionists everybody is involved.

This place is so amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful, doctors are really professional with their job. Definitely I will recommend this place to everybody!! Thanks Dentakay!!
