DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

Review from my fiancé's treatment, but from my side and with detail for anyone who's unsure on Dentakay. My fiance has been wanting this for years but due to severe anxiety with dentists , kept putting it off so tensions were high for both of us coming here. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. Monday morning was first treatment. The facilities are impressive. Clean, New, very welcoming. They completely put us at rest, talked through EVERYTHING and only took us back to the hotel when we were happy with everything. The following days she had the rest of the procedures with Dr Deniz and Dr Alper who were amazing, really taking care of her as they knew of my fiancé's anxiety. Özge, Onur and Ali couldn't do enough for us. There was constantly someone with Alix to translate and comfort her. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area and myself was checked up on and informed constantly of what was going on. They have a barista in the surgery and they make sure you are constantly hydrated ( the coffee is strong!! ) One of my biggest concerns reading the reviews is how short they are. I first thought most were fake but I'm hindsight I actually think it's because they really want a review done before you leave so you don't forget to do it. My fiance has just finished her fittings and is numbed up and a little overwhelmed which is why I'm writing the review as I think hers would just he a thumbs up right now. She will do her own review in detail on a couple of days when we are home and she's settled. We researched dentists for around 18 months and spent 6 months researching Dentakay. I can honestly say I am converted. You will not get service like this in the UK. From start to finish we have been looked after to a very high standard.

First day I was very nervous but was assured all the way by once my Patient Assistant Ms. Özge and Dt. Alper who did my dental work were very professional and reassuring and made sure any pain was minimal after the operation I was given pain killers and antibiotics I was picked up from air port to hotel and hotel to all my appointments all went very My temporary denture is OK hopefully when I come back for final fitting it will be even better Thank you Dentakay 😊

Make no mistake do any interventions in this clinic, which only aims to take people's money, I am telling you a recent case with my mother. in July she went to get dental implants, so far so good, the first month everything was fine then the pains started.. she traveled 2 times from London to Istanbul for an examination to find out where the pain was coming from, but they found nothing and told her that everything was fine and so for 5 months, after 5 months of pain she went to and they put the crowns on and she says that she still has severe pain, from there they send her to a neurologist who tells her that she has neuralgia caused by the pain she suffered for 5 months. The pain continued and she decided to go to a maxillofacial surgeon and an implantologist who told her that the last implant affected the sinus and meanwhile the clinic had said that the last implant was broken and they replaced it, which is a lie because the X-rays show that the first implant was much longer than the replacements, I have a lot more to tell but I think this is it enough to save someone

Unbelievable experience and results from Dr Murat and his team. From the moment I arrived in Antalya I was well looked after. All the staff at the clinic are first class.

Just finished my visit and would like to share my opinion. The procedure was done very professionally from start to finish. All clinic staff very helpful at every stage. The result is phenomenal, I am happy and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. The teeth have a beautiful natural color and shape.🙂

Everything is perfect. Excellent service it started from the airport with vip transport and go through with transfer from the hotel to the clinic every single appointment and the treatment was very professional and special thanks to Dr.Reyhan she is very professional. The thing that I didn’t expect that I pay less than the planned price because doctor found that there is something I don’t have to do. Thanks Molham my first contact and Mohamed my translator and Tamara is very nice person and everyone in the clinic. I recommend 100%

The first day when I arrived, I have been welcomed very warmly by Ms. Özge, my Patient Assistant with a big her smile who accompanied me very well all along my treatment in order to assure my comfort. Then Mr Aiman, my Medical Consultant took care very nicely of the rest of the process with the details of my treatment plan. Dr Alper made my operation with his magic hands: I would especially like to thank him, I am grateful for his professional work.Finally I would like to also mention that all Dentakay staff were so nice and they make you feel welcome through all your journey. If you are hesitating about any subject; make your decision for Dentakay this is the best place where you can be in every sense!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dentakay Istanbul, for a dental treatment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and welcoming staff, who made sure that I was comfortable and well-taken care of throughout my visits. Aside from the excellent dental care, I must also recommend Dentakay for its location in the fantastic city of Istanbul, Türkiye. Not only was the clinic conveniently located, but the city itself offered so much to see and do during my stay. I was able to enjoy all that Istanbul has to offer while receiving top-quality dental treatment at Dentakay. Flew to turkey as the treatment and price was agreed. They lied to me about the treatment given and was then informed that they do not have a refund policy should you pay for treatment that you did not receive. Your only option is too fly out again to get the correct treatment, asked for a refund for the treatment not given and they said there is NO refund policy on any treatments... despite the fact i have paid for treatments that i did not get. Shady as hell.. would not recommend.

What can I say that many others have not already said about the high standard of service and work that Dentakay provide to their customers. I have just finished my treatment and am flying back to the UK able to smile the widest smile I have ever been able to smile since I was 16 years old. Fear of dentistry as a youngster and not taking care of my teeth in later life, finally made me make the decision to have a full mouth implant treatment. Money grabbing company,cheap work for the amount paid,give you one price,twice time upon arrival,now I see the catch about free hotel,nothing free,you paid for it allyou not from there,they don’t message to check on you,they get the huge amount they wanted..please don’t deal with the one name SAMI,he’s the worst and rude even after he made his mistake,the breakfast free obviously cos you can’t eat 🙄dentakay Got my refund for the work I paid for and wasn’t done,thanks to the help of someone from dentakay team,Sami however did nothing to help and I stand by don’t deal with him please,anyone else (not him) 2 members from the team stayed in contact with me after several messages,still in agony and awaiting to be seen on second visit! ps:I had a lady dentist,she however is a gem…one star ⭐️ based on my experience and can’t get my refund back up till now..
