Driver arrived outside the 1 hour window and the parcel came a day late. The in-app chat did respond quickly aand rebooked delivery for the next morning, but clearer updates would've helped.

I’ve been using this company for 15 years, they are brilliant. So professional, very quick to reply, really helpful and always available on the end of the phone - which is rare these days. Honestly recommend this company highly. Hence 5 stars.

Having caring responsibilities can be quite stressful and this team has gone out of their way to make the process of managing this as easy as possible. They were particularly helpful at the beginning of my journey - making sure I got stuff in on time. The what’s app system for sending in payments is so easy to use.
