The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Hi there. We were advised by my sister to get free view installed, and she recommended Digital Direct Aerials Ltd. so we made arrangements for them to get it installed. There engineer arrived on time and completed the job in around an hour ( but we must admit we gave him tea and biscuits). His work, attitude, friendliness, general manner, were absolutely 5 star +. So now, after having free view installed, and negotiated a new price for our WiFi. We have reduced our monthly bill by £33.25. ( result). So please, should you need a new Aerial, or some other services. PLEASE Call, Digital Direct Aerials Ltd. Mr R Wicks. A very satisfied customer. 👍

A fantastic job wiring an external ethernet cable from my living room at front of property to office in the rear. Now able to get maximum bandwidth as opposed to previous experience using Powerline adapter Really reasonable price and work completed within an hour.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I was Informed the previous afternoon of approximate time of visit. Andy arrived well within the time frame and diagnosed problem. New cable was then installed. This was very awkward due to the aerial being up a tree away from the house along a very narrow path on the top of a steep slippery bank and through the roof space with very limited access. All done very professionally. Television was then returned and all is now good. Many thanks. Will not hesitate to recommend.
