The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Richard who installed my TV was superb, polite, friendly, ensured that the TV was placed entirely to my requirement. He was the consummate professional and a credit to Digital Direct. A quick shout out to the staff at base who communicated really well and were always helpful and informative,

Brilliant Service from Digital Direct
From my first contact with Digital Direct through to completion of a media wall the complete service was outstanding. Throughout every aspect of the planning and installation communication with the company was brilliant as both input and ideas from their representatives and a few from myself were discussed. After the design was agreed the installation was performed exactly to schedule by very professional, tidy and friendly employees. The wall itself was partially built the first day with an integrated fire. The electrician turned up the 2nd day. The wall was completed on the 3rd day and the plasterer arrived the following day. The following week the decorator completed his work and the equipment was then fitted into the media wall. The overall organisation and workmanship was superb and I now have a fantastic, modern media wall which Digital Direct can be proud of building. I would not hesitate to recommend Digital Direct to anyone requiring a media wall.

Well what can I say. I’ve just had a mediawall finish by Digital Direct It’s absolutely blow my mind it’s so beautiful. Jack has bin superb, who has done my mediawall. He definitely knows what he’s doing. His knowledge is outstanding. He’s polite he always keeps you upto date with everything. Also have to mention Sarah from the admin team. She’s so polite and always keep you upto date from start to finish with everything. I would like say thankyou for everything.
