The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Tv wall mounted and set up
Contacted digital direct to have tv put on wall installer came and i asked him if he could supply the wall bracket and to do extra work by setting tv up with power and hd cable all done and set up in one visit from first contact to install everthing was done in a professional manner would use dd.aerials again very happy customer can now watch my sky tv

Support with the elderly
I have used digital direct on two separate occasions over the past five years. On both occasions the service from booking the appointment to the engineers arriving and advising the options has been superb. Most recently I arranged for an aerial extension into my elderly relatives bedroom. The engineer did the work effectively, quickly and sensitively.
