My package didn't come, then was rerouted back to the Florida facility and i still haven't gotten my package almost a week later.
Got back with me promptly when I had an issue with my shipping and fixed it immediately. Will always shop here because of the customer service!

Ordered 3 pens. Great deal, cheapest I have found on the boutiq carts! Great product. Did pay for the 1-2 day express for 48.95 shipping. Ordered 5-31-25. Today is the 3rd Ups said delivery was rescheduled, ups does not have the package. So 4 days on express shipping. 1-2 days. They are cleaver and just keep changing the order date, until the high ass remembers to actually send it. BRUH remember to screen shot your original order, to show for shipping. Think they need to fire the high ass who can’t do the job. Oh well, live and learn. On to the next dispensary to get ripped off. How is it every time I Oder things with UPS, it arrives on time! There response is it’s out of our control. # 1 shipping company UPS.

I had to keep reminding them to accept my order, ship it to USPS because my package wasn’t moving at all. I had ordered it on Tuesday may 26 and it was supposed to come saturday may 31st. mind you i had to pay extra for it to come 3-5 days. it still hasn’t come and it’s already june 3rd.
