Confirmed booking issue
We had problems with our booking and only found out last week and we are flying on the 12th if June supposed to be, Your staff Arbaz Khan was very patient with me though I lost a bit of my temper already, frustrated and angry, but still Arbas managed to maintain his composure and helped me find a solution to our problem. He is very accommodating and he tries his best to help. Although we were not happy with the turn out of our booking, on the good side, Arbaz knows his job well and he is an asset to your company.
