Great Customer Service from Sandy 👍 He really helped book the flights that we wanted without any drama. He interacted via WhatsApp and Email and sent through all the pre-information, the payment link & flight confirmation. Scam. Bait and switch tactics, should be outlawed. Advertise prices and then change 5 minutes later when you try to book adding 10 to 15%. I would avoid using momondo uk as well as they feed into these unscrupulous parasites. There is no was that the majority of the reviews are real on here. I tried 3 times to book an advertised fair and it was pushed higher within the 5 minutes it took me to enter my details. They fall back on a dynamic pricing excuse, total rubbish, just a plain old scam.

on the cheap flights website the flight I want was advertised at £725. When it transferred me to the crystal travel sight to pay the price went up to £767. Phoned them and was told the price on comparison websites is never the price you actually pay. I have booked dozens on flights before but never had this issue. Needless to say I have booked through someone else.

Poor company please avoid, money taken for booking, no confirmation received. Called customer services who advised my mobile number and email address were incorrect so they had been unable to contact me to advise "the airline had declined the request" . Yet they were able to identify my "booking" from my email address. They gave series of unplausible excuses and tried to offer an alternative much more expensive flight. Website site indicated they are checking and availability and prices whilst booking, this simply can't be true

Very efficient service and good price. Jerry made everything super smooth and easy and also offered a very competetive price for a flight to Bangkok. Jerry issued my e-ticket within the hour. Crystal Travel will now be my prefered flight agents.
