I booked a flight to the phillipines, firstly they tried to scam me over the phone and tried to tell me I had booked a business class seat on a shorter, more expensive flight. My flight duration then got changed from 17h to 27h, as of this I changed my flight to the day prior, only to find out the day before I fly that they in fact did not change my flight (even after conformation) leading to missing internal connecting flights.

The agent I spoke to (Aaron Smith) was knowledgeable, and helped me compare several options that fit my schedule and budget. I really appreciate that he explained the baggage policies and layover details clearly, so there were no surprises. I have travelled by air for many years and we all learn from experiences, particularly the less good ones. When I tried to pay for the tickets the price quoted on Momondo was no longer available. I tried twice and, on principle, was about to consign Crystal Travel to history when Mr Ricky Fernandez rang me. He was excellent including honesty, assistance and knowledge. I booked the flights and I will use them again.

Another excellent service this time from Ronald this morning. I needed to book an internal flight in Australia to connect to my flight back home. Ronald did this with great expertise and patience. It is always a daunting experience sorting out connections. I can't praise Crystal travel enough. Excellent service both times.
