Good and efficient

Had not used Crystal Travel previously but they had flights at a cheaper price than purchasing direct. We have been fully taken care for by Ronnie - a real first class service. Went through all details thoroughly and has offered a real peace of mind with the whole process. Highly recommended.

I just booked a flight for the first time with Crystal Travel. As a frequent flier I usually book my flights online but I had a question about a flight they had on offer. Harris McCoy answered my call and proceeded to give me the best service I have ever had from a travel agent ever. He was attentive, professional and very polite and reassuring. I would highly recommend using them and will also do so in the future.
